- The manner in which you use our services, including the content you post, the products you list, or your trademarks that may infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, or if your content contains defamation or libel or infringes any other rights (including privacy rights) related to others, including other users of the site.

These Terms of Use, and any related non-contractual rights or obligations, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

You acknowledge that the management of the Tradeoff application is not responsible for the publication of any content, whether text, image, video, link, website, product, commodity, service, advertisement, or message within the application, whether in the form of an advertisement or messages between users of the application and beneficiary clients. Any legal, contentious, or social responsibility is borne by the user or the beneficiary client.
